Everett Smith served with the Headquarters Company, 187th Regiment, 11th A/B Division during WWII. This site is in tribute to my father, "Smitty." GP is a member of the 11th Airborne Association. Member # 4511 and extremely proud of that fact!

  1. I loved the two slide shows with new and old photos from the front at Christmas time. A happy smile on their faces despite the harsh conditions

    • Despite where they are or what they’re doing, they know they have a lot to be thankful for and are trying to make the best of a bad situation. More people should try that these days, in my opinion.

  9. Ah! There’s my family! Once a brat always a brat… Once mine and classmates’ fathers, then would-be brothers, then future boyfriends, then the ones I could have married, then would-be SISTERS, then my would be kids…all of them are mine to pray for and worry over forever!
