I loved the two slide shows with new and old photos from the front at Christmas time. A happy smile on their faces despite the harsh conditions

Despite where they are or what they’re doing, they know they have a lot to be thankful for and are trying to make the best of a bad situation. More people should try that these days, in my opinion.
Happy New Year and stay safe!

Dunno if I mentioned it before … but LOVE that Sad Sack~! Seasons greetings to all, and if it counts for anything, this atheist’s fervent prayer for Peace On Earth and Goodwill all ’round.

Ah! There’s my family! Once a brat always a brat… Once mine and classmates’ fathers, then would-be brothers, then future boyfriends, then the ones I could have married, then would-be SISTERS, then my would be kids…all of them are mine to pray for and worry over forever!

Mine was a full house with lots of laughter, chatter, and fun. But, after everyone was asleep, I had some quiet moments to myself by the glow and twinkle of the Christmas tree lights. 🙂
