Pacific Paratrooper 
I’d have loved to see the USS Arizona Memorial but the only time I set foot on Hawaii was passing thru on the way to and from Manila. Prayers for them.

Pearl harbor was one of many areas bombed that day. Does Manila have a memorial for when the Japanese ‘blitzkrieg’ hit them?

I don’t remember seeing one in Manila or hearing about it. Also Camp John Hay in Baguio was hit first. Dad was in Mankayan, a town not far from Baguio at that time. I’m sure there is one there. I’ve never been to Baguio so can’t confirm that.
